Travis is a Managing Partner of Churchill Real Estate. Prior to Churchill, he was the head of US Portfolio Management at Man Global Private Markets, a subsidiary of Man Group, where he led the portfolio and risk management of US real estate and debt investments of $2B AUM. Before joining Man, Travis built and led a team at Wells Fargo Securities responsible for administering and managing the risk for all residential whole loan and single-family rental lending facilities. Previously, he was a consultant with SAS Institute. He holds a B.A. from North Carolina State University
Derrick is a Managing Partner of Churchill Real Estate. Prior to Churchill, he was at Man Global Private Markets, a subsidiary of Man Group, where he led the $2B AUM US real estate investment and asset management businesses. Before joining Man, Derrick led the lending and securitization programs in the single-family rental, non- performing, and re-performing residential loan and residential bridge lending asset classes at Wells Fargo Securities. He previously practiced law with the Wall Street firm, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. He holds a B.A. in Sports Management & Statistics from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Tulane University Law School
Sorabh is a Founding Partner of Churchill Real Estate with over $4B of investment track record in New York City including equity investments, recapitalization and distressed debt purchases. Prior to founding Churchill, he was a principal at Onex Real Estate. He ran the Onex rent-regulated housing portfolio starting in 2010 and also ran the Onex Real Estate High Yield Debt Fund, which invested in distressed debt opportunities. Before Onex, Sorabh worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the real estate investment banking group. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland. He also holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and London Business School
Justin is a Founding Partner of Churchill Real Estate. Prior to founding Churchill, he completed over $3B of debt and equity investing and the development of over one million square feet of luxury mixed-use projects in Manhattan and California. In addition, Justin has invested capital on behalf of several institutional clients and served as a developer partner for several Taft-Hartley pension funds. Prior to his development career, Justin was a Vice President for Broad Street Advisors on their capital markets team. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University
